Tangmere’s management team recognised the need to upgrade their existing facility and invest in an area for the enjoyment and wellbeing of their staff. The canteen now has a contemporary, sports bar-inspired look. It features new seating areas, flat screen TV, games and pool tables.
The space has been completely transformed into a modern, relaxing, environment where employees from all levels of the business can come together to refuel, enjoy a break and socialise. It has allowed teams that would not usually interact to meet and actively engage over a game of pool. The building also provides a flexible space for internal meetings and where customers, suppliers and visitors, can convene and take a break when coming to site.
